High-tech for safe pharmaceutical packaging with untainted contents

In keeping with the name of the 20th international pharmaceutical trade fair HEUFT is presenting a revolutionary solution for an optical and radiometric quality inspection at the pharmtech & ingredients 2018 in Moscow which can ensure the safety and integrity of vials without impairing their contents.

The unique pulsed X-ray technology in the fully equipped HEUFT spotter II PHS has such a low dose rate and radiation intensity that in general it does not change the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) in liquid or lyophilised medicinal products or their active properties.  Therefore glass splinters and other high density foreign objects become visible everywhere in the vial – even if they are covered by the product.
The optical inspection of the compact system along an efficient straight-through arrangement also uncovers low density foreign matter such as hairs and fibres in the container or scratches, cracks and defects on it.  The same applies to variations in the filling quantity, product splashing as well as faulty, potentially leaking crimp caps.

Experience the tried and tested HEUFT spotter II PHS for a careful and precise full vial inspection live and in action:
