HEUFT SPECTRUM II SX
Simply sorting out: the early detection and rejection of unsuitable empty returnable bottles even before they are cleaned.
Unstable, non-brand, misshapen and contaminated: the HEUFT SPECTRUM II SX with its HEUFT preWash II module detects returning empty bottles with such defects and removes them before they lead to standstills in the washing machine and downstream devices which slow down productivity and can endanger the safety of the end product.

Extrêmement déformées, instables et surdimensionnées : les bouteilles consignées vides qui ne peuvent pas être transportées, examinées et remplies en position verticale de manière fiable après avoir été déballées doivent être détectées et rejetées avant le contrôle de prélavage à proprement dit. Ceci n'est possible que si les bouteilles sont stables et en position verticale sur le convoyeur. Les bouteilles sont donc d'abord contrôlées par ultrasons pour détecter les déformations trop importantes à l'entrée de la machine. L'intégration en option d'une cellule photoélectrique spéciale permet également un contrôle ciblé de la hauteur. Les récipients fortement déformés et manquant de stabilité sont donc déjà détectés et rejetés avant qu'ils ne puissent entrer dans l'unité de triage PreWash faisant partie de la game SPECTRUM II HEUFT.

Not completely empty, still sealed and not to be cleaned: remnants of the original beverage in the returnable bottle or contamination by other liquids such as varnish or lye counteract the cleaning performance of the washing machine. The same applies to empty bottles which are still sealed. It is then impossible to effectively clean the inside of the bottle. Therefore both an IR fill level detection and a closure detection using sensors are directly connected to the central HEUFT SPECTRUM II control terminal of the compact stand-alone system.

Le liquide résiduel est ainsi détecté avec précision et entraîne directement le rejet du récipient concerné dès que sa quantité dépasse une certaine valeur limite. La même procédure est utilisée pour les récipients vides qui sont encore fermés par des bouchons. Ainsi, seuls les conteneurs qui peuvent être nettoyés complètement, en toute sécurité et sans interférence parviennent à la laveuse. Cela protège efficacement contre les pannes et les arrêts et garantit la performance de nettoyage lors du lavage des bouteilles ainsi que l'efficacité et la productivité de l'ensemble des lignes de remplissage de bouteilles consignées.
Détection de forme, de correspondance, de contamination et de corps étrangers par caméra
Mise en évidence du contour et identification de la couleur : inspection en lumière incidente et transmise.
Pas de la bonne forme, contaminées ou trop sales : le SPECTRUM II SX de HEUFT dispose au total de six caméras haute performance pour une inspection intégrale des parois latérales. De plus, des modules de contrôle du niveau de remplissage et de détection de présence de fermeture sont installés en amont de la machine, afin d'éjecter les mauvaises bouteilles avant qu'elles ne puissent entrer dans la laveuse. ll'inspection des contours, à l'aide d’un procédé d’ombres chinoises, vérifie la forme et la hauteur, de sorte que les bouteilles fortement déformées et surdimensionnées sont triées de manière fiable. Même les bouteilles très sales et éraflées ou celles contaminées par des corps étrangers peuvent être détectées et éjectées. L'inspection par caméra couleur utilisant le procédé de lumière incidente identifie les restes d'étiquettes ainsi que les embossages, les empreintes et les étiquettes ACL sur le corps, le dos et le col des bouteilles vides qui ne correspondent pas à la catégorie effectivement produite afin de garantir un approvisionnement homogène. Outre le fait qu’il est également possible de détecter les couleurs de bouteille, une détermination précise de la quantité de liquide résiduel est réalisée, afin de garantir le rejet des bouteilles dont le contenu est particulièrement critique, même si la quantité de liquide est inférieure à la valeur limite respective. Seules les bouteilles de forme correcte, qui peuvent être nettoyées, contrôlées et remplies de manière fiable passent le module PreWash II HEUFT du SPECTRUM II SX HEUFT. Cela permet d'éviter les arrêts et d'augmenter l'efficacité et le rendement de l'ensemble des lignes de remplissage de bouteilles consignées.

The AI discipline of machine learning for targeted object classification has been mastered by our self-developed image processing since 2010! Appropriately trained neural networks are used for example to denoise X-ray images or to find dangerous foreign objects in structured products and to reliably distinguish them from good objects which are extremely similar in their shape, size and density. With true artificial intelligence, the hardware and software from our own development and production again increases detection reliability - and minimises the false rejection rate. The smart image processing can be directly integrated into the HEUFT reflexx A.I. camera which was developed in-house and which processes and evaluates its own images directly in real time and raises the adaptive image analysis to a top level.
