The new standard of empty bottle inspection up to a HEUFT level

Of course the HEUFT InLine II IXS the latest release of the X-ray assisted premium empty bottle inspector which achieved unprecedented optimum values in detection performance and false rejection rate during a benchmark test by independent experts was at the forefront.  However even without X-rays no one has to miss out on genuine high-tech:  HEUFT has transferred the best of its premium device to an innovative empty bottle inspector – the brand-new HEUFT InLine II IS.  The highly automated system with a new compact, hygiene and maintenance optimised design achieves absolute peak values during the full inspection of empty bottles regarding detection, rejection and operational reliability.  Premium becomes standard!

In addition the new generation of the long-standing benchmark regarding the inspection of empty bottles was presented for the first time especially for craft brewers, medium-sized wine producers and other smaller bottlers:  the HEUFT InLine II IR.  True high-tech is therefore made available to all!

Entry in a full container check on a HEUFT level

This also applies to a completely new device category:  the HEUFT ONE makes an affordable entry to a reliable full container check on a HEUFT level possible.  The network-compatible complete solution fits into even the smallest installation space with flexible detections (e.g. fill level, closure and marking check) directly on the conveyor and is connected to a space-saving, freely positionable control unit.  Simply everyone can now have innovative detection technologies, in-house developed hardware and software perfectly matched to their tasks and proven monitoring methods with the new HEUFT ONE – and that at an unbeatable price / performance ratio.  Simply "ONE for all".  Premium becomes standard!

Innovative IT tools for a reliable production data acquisition, line analysis, brand and recipe management also prove this.  And last but not least a completely new, cross-device voice and dialogue control for modern HEUFT SPECTRUM II systems.  This marks another step from Industry 4.0 where HEUFT is already at home to Systemtechnik 4.0!
