The performance of HEUFT reflexx A.I., its self-developed, manufactured and programmed hardware and software for intelligent real-time processing and analysis of recognition images, has recently been consistently expanded by the HEUFT development team. With new deep learning AI, for example, it compensates for glass thickness variations in the pulsed X-ray inspection and now also achieves a new dimension of operational and detection reliability in optical in-line inspection with a sustainably reduced false rejection rate.

How the advanced HEUFT AI further increases the precision and power of judgement of optical all-surface empty bottle inspector with the X-ray-assisted HEUFT InLine II IX will be demonstrated to the public for the first time at drinktec 2025.
