MCIP at PharmaTechnica!

At PharmaTechnica in Wiesbaden, Germany, we will be demonstrating how our innovative Multi Color Image Processing takes detection reliability in pharmaceutical packaging inspection to a new level during PharmaCongress 2023.

Transmitted and reflected light applications at once? And in different colors? That's only possible with several cameras, which takes up a lot of space! And never exactly from one and the same perspective ...

Until ACHEMA 2022, when we presented our Multi Color Image Processing (MCIP) for significantly more detection accuracy during primary packaging inspection to a broader professional public for the first time, there was definitely something to it.

Simply clearer!

Directly integrated into our intelligent HEUFT reflexx ^A.I. camera it combines different illumination principles each in different colors at only one inspection station. The most varied features and characteristics of pharmaceutical packaging materials can be made much clearer with MCIP from just one image due to the smart calculation of the individual colour channels – and ritical faults can be distinguished much more clearly from harmless deviations.

What exactly the innovative combination of universally controllable lighting scenarios in different colors with smart image processing algorithms can achieve, for example in the optical inspection of BFS infusion bottles, will be demonstrated on March 28 and 29 during PharmaCongress 2023 at GMP PharmaTechnica in the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden – Booth A23.
