Food and drink safely packaged

HEUFT will be presenting compact devices for a reliable end of line foreign object detection, code verification and closure check at pro2pac.

When the "Leaders of the Pack" meet at the Food & Drink Processing & Packaging Event which takes place at the end of March parallel to the International Food & Drink Event (IFE) in London the leading supplier of quality control and in-line inspection systems will of course be there:  HEUFT LTD will be showing true innovations for safe end products of top quality at pro2pac 2019 in London.

The focus of the HEUFT presence at the packaging exhibition for the food and drink industry will be on two new and further developments in keeping with the main topics of sustainability, food safety and food waste prevention.  They remove full containers contaminated with foreign objects, incorrectly sealed or wrongly labelled effectively and sustainably.  Therefore the customer only receives safe food and drink of top quality.  The extremely low false rejection rate protects against food waste effectively at the same time – only those products which are no longer marketable are rejected.

Thus the HEUFT eXaminer II XS as the most compact device for inspecting the sidewall of full cans, stand-up pouches and bottles using exclusive pulsed X-ray technology finds dangerous foreign objects made of metal, hard plastic, glass and many other high density materials and rejects contaminated products accurately.  The particularly space-saving HEUFT ONE full container check achieves the same regarding falsely coded or incorrectly filled containers as well as those which have not been securely sealed.

Both quality assurance systems can be experienced live and in action at the event as always with the leading supplier:  pro2pac, 18 - 20 March 2019, Stand N1240, ExCel London, United Kingdom.
