Pulsed X-ray for DIPs!

Last-minute decision-makers take note: At the end of June, we will be presenting the capabilities of our X-ray technology for inspecting challenging pharmaceutical products at the PDA Miniverse in Indianapolis.

June 6, 2025

The drinktec in mid-September is the main focus, but HEUFT will also be represented at numerous other meetings for the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries in the summer and fall of 2025. With the PDA Miniverse: Medical Devices, Combination Products and Connected Health Conference, which will be held by the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) in Indianapolis, USA, from June 25 to 26, another event has recently been added to the calendar where the leading provider of intelligent in-line inspection solutions for complete primary packaging and pharmaceutical safety will be presenting its products.

X-ray inspection beyond the visible

A particular focus is on the linear inspection of so-called DIPs. These are difficult-to-inspect products such as pre-fillable syringes or single-dose dispensers, whose completeness, functionality, safety, and integrity cannot be fully verified using conventional detection technologies.

At PDA Miniverse, you can find out how the  pulsed X-ray technology exclusively available from HEUFT closes such detection gaps and reliably detects faults even where conventional cameras are completely ineffective. Sebastian Mayer, our Product Manager for the pharmaceutical industry, will be at booth 109 in the exhibition area of the JW Marriott Indianapolis on June 25 and 26 to welcome anyone interested in pushing the boundaries of visibility in DIP inspection.
