Blow - fill - seal & inspection: To consistently strengthen the entire value chain, from aseptic filling to sustainable quality assurance for BFS ampoules and infusion bottles, the Rommelag Group and HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH have combined their expertise.

The inventors of the blow-fill-seal process and the developers of modular inspection systems are combining their decades of experience to ensure a safe BFS process from manufacturing through filling to final inspection. Gert Hansen and Bastian Heuft, the CEOs of the two medium-sized family-owned companies, recently announced the new partnership at the Rommelag Pharma Connect Days in Gaildorf in front of over 120 interested customers. There, they were also able to experience the HEUFT spotter ^II BFSB for in-line inspection and leak testing of BFS infusion bottles.

Rommelag and HEUFT are now jointly offering integrated solutions that not only improve product quality and process reliability but also meet the specific requirements of pharmaceutical production. This makes the process even more reliable, safer and better connected.
