Everything for packaging safety!

Four new and further developments from HEUFT for the reliable in-line quality inspection of primary packaging material which is still empty or already filled for safe drinks and food can be seen in action at the All4Pack 2018 exhibition in Paris at the end of November.

Two devices which will be showcased live provide an optimum entry to true high-tech for an empty and full container inspection on a HEUFT level:  the HEUFT InLine II IR combines sophisticated detection technologies for an all-surface empty bottle inspection with the high level of automation, performance and operational reliability of the HEUFT SPECTRUM II platform on just one square metre of floor space.

The even more compact HEUFT ONE verifies the product marking or filling quantity and checks the presence of the closures of newly filled containers directly on the conveyor.

Foreign object detection on a HEUFT level

The grown up HEUFT PRIME carries out a fully equipped full container check including a serial fault detection and the self-explanatory HEUFT NaVi user guidance.
And the difference a top-down inspection of smoothie pouches on a true HEUFT SPECTRUM II level with unique pulsed X-ray technology makes can be experienced live by the visitors to the All4Pack exhibition with the HEUFT eXaminer II XB:  even the smallest foreign objects made of stone, metal or glass are detected carefully and precisely by the new generation end of line system.
You'd better take a look just to be safe:  All4Pack, 26 - 29 November 2018, Stand 6 N 027, Parc des expositions Paris Nord Villepinte.
