Continuous, highly precise and simply easy: the HEUFT FinalView II LBL generates an all-around panoramic view of the filled beverage containers in order to detect even the smallest labelling and marking faults. The extremely compact add-on module of the new generation, which can be easily connected to highly automated HEUFT SPECTRUM II full container inspectors, thus ensures that only end products which are complete, faultless and of the correct brand reach the point of sale.
Presence, position and alignment check
Safeguarding the recognition value: checking the labelling quality.
Present, correctly positioned and straight: labels are important information carriers and targeted decorative elements regarding the recognition value of trademarks and brands at the point of sale (POS) and as such should not be missing from any full bottle. Furthermore they should also be applied exactly where they belong – not askew or crooked but precise and straight. Only so is the appearance of the end product attractive and this is what encourages the customer to buy it. The HEUFT FinalView II LBL ensures that cylindrical beverage containers where one or more labels are missing are detected and rejected just as reliably as those with incorrectly positioned or crooked labels.
Four safely encased high-performance cameras on two levels in combination with adaptive LED lighting and the HEUFT reflexx A.I real-time image processing system generate a 360° panoramic view of each individual container for this purpose. Unlabelled empty spaces are just as clearly visible as incorrectly positioned or misaligned body, back and neck labels.
Detailled label inspection
Finding labelling faults: continuous examination of the appearance.
Correct brand, readable and perfect: the flawless appearance of full containers at the POS is more important than ever today. The labels have to match the contents and not have any creases, defects, scratches or dirt so that the product sells itself. Just as important: a perfect print image and design. These quality criteria are also checked by the safely encased high-performance optics of the HEUFT FinalView II LBL directly on the running conveyor.
The precisely controllable, adaptive LED lighting ensures that neither shadows nor reflections affect the detection accuracy. Labels with colours which deviate and do not match the respective brand are identified just as clearly as labels with creases, tears, defects, missing design elements or a poor print image. The system also reliably differentiates between labels which only deviate due to a single minute characteristic. The HEUFT reflexx A.I technology makes specific teaching in possible: uncritical characteristics, such as a slight print offset, can be taught in as good objects with it so that they no longer cause a rejection.
Ensuring tightness and brand affiliation: closure presence check and colour logo inspection.
Present, correct brand and safe: the HEUFT FinalView II LBL can also inspect the closures in addition to the labels with top-down colour camera technology. It identifies unsealed full containers just as reliably as those which are not the correct brand. The correct colour of the lids as well as the presence, alignment, integrity and the content-related reference of their logos in relation to the product they contain are precisely checked from above. Unsealed bottles are detected and rejected just as reliably as full containers with differently coloured, non-brand closures. This protects the integrity of the drink inside as well as its distinctive features.
Preventing recalls: the reliable rejection of faulty containers.
Fast, careful and accurate: highest precision when detecting faults is only effective if the products in question are also removed afterwards. The single-segment and multi-segment rejection systems of the HEUFT rejector series deal with this both precisely and carefully.
Product monitoring and self-tests
Playing it safe: exact product tracking and regular self-tests.
Always knowing the current location of a particular product: each one is tracked precisely for this. This ensures that none remain uninspected.
The integrated reject verification checks that each product identified as faulty is really removed. Standard test programs guarantee a regular examination of the detection performance. Network-based continuous documenting and long-term archiving of the results.
Easy brand changes

Brand and format changes are the order of the day in modern beverage bottling plants. The higher-level HEUFT SPECTRUM II control unit of the HEUFT FinalView II LBL already has an unprecedented degree of automation and support for the user in order to carry them out quickly, easily and without errors: this means, for example, that the height and alignment of both camera levels adapt automatically to the changed container format. The same applies to the individually controllable LEDs so that the optimum harmonious illumination is achieved for each brand. The HEUFT NaVi provides the user with audiovisual step-by-step assistance which not only makes brand changes simply easy.

The HEUFT FinalView II LBL is connected to the multi-processing control unit of higher-level full container inspectors and fill management systems such as the HEUFT SPECTRUM II VX as an extremely space-saving add-on module for the detailed 360° label inspection of full containers directly on the conveyor. A precise fill level detection including fill valve monitoring can be carried out in one and the same work process or a measurement of the internal container pressure and a check of the closure tightness, among other things, in addition to a detailed label inspection. Almost the entire relevant safety and quality criteria of the freshly filled full container can therefore be checked in-line all at once in the tightest of spaces.

Human resources are effectively saved in this way. In-house developed hardware and software of the latest generation and a future-proof network connection achieve highest computing power and data transmission in real time. The result: maximum precision during purposeful product tracking, inspection and rejection.
HEUFT reflexx A.I.
Simply detecting more: real-time image processing with individual teaching in procedure.
Fast, high-resolution and smart: the new generation of in-house developed hardware and software for image processing provides four times the processor speed of its predecessor. It converts the images of the individual camera or X-ray units into high-resolution, noiseless detection pictures in real time.
At the same time the HEUFT reflexx A.I. not only carries out the specific detection of the most varied objects but also their individual classification using up to 50 different characteristics such as size or texture: uncritical characteristics can be quite simply taught in as good objects. The containers in question are therefore no longer rejected. Only that which really has to be removed is rejected. This reduces the false rejection rate and upholds the efficiency and productivity of the complete filling line.
Simply knowing what to do: self-explanatory audiovisual user guidance.
Intuitive, individual and audiovisual: previous knowledge is not required in order to operate the HEUFT SPECTRUM II systems reliably. The HEUFT NaVi user guidance is self-explanatory and supports the respective user step by step.
An RFID login with user-related access rights provides an overview and makes the respective user's work simply easy: he only sees what he really needs to on the clearly arranged touchscreen user interface with a flat menu structure, integrated tutorials and precise auxiliary tools in order to fulfil his specific tasks optimally. He is supported by a virtual assistant in the course of this. She speaks to him and clearly explains what has to be done when and where. Purposeful and focussed on the essentials – the audiovisual HEUFT NaVi user guidance makes the reliable operation of HEUFT systems simply easy!

Clear, direct and purposeful: the user can cope immediately on the rare occasions when manual intervention is needed. Because eye-catching HEUFT checkPoints make it clear at a glance exactly when it is necessary to take matters in hand in addition to the audiovisual information which the HEUFT NaVi provides.
he orange tags with clearly assignable letters are on the device components where intervention may be required. If the worst comes to the worst the HEUFT NaVi shows them on the touchscreen. The HEUFT checkPoints then even optionally flash on the respective component in each case. The problem is located without a long search. This saves time and human resources, shortens standstills and therefore increases productivity.

Information transmission in real time, production data acquisition, line analysis and remote maintenance: networking is the answer!
HEUFT systems have future-proof network interfaces (Gigabit Ethernet and TCP / IP) for an online connection via the Internet and the database interface (SQL / DDE) for top line efficiency and an optimum quality management with considerably faster and easier workflows. Therefore production data, shift records, productivity faults and HACCP limit value analyses are available network-wide. The result: early identification of quality and efficiency problems. The firewall protected direct connection to the HEUFT TeleService makes competent remote maintenance possible all around the clock.

Accessible, clean and safe: its HEUFT CleanDesign predestines the system for use in hygienically sensitive areas.
Sloping surfaces facilitate cleaning and prevent the accumulation of stubborn dirt. Special channels and openings allow the liquids required for cleaning purposes to be drained off completely. Consequently dangerous germs and bacteria have no contact surface whatsoever. Specially constructed casings and doors create optimum accessibility. The electronics are totally encapsulated. Sensitive areas such as the inspection units are dust-proof and protected against contact as well as water jets.
