interpack: Illuminating the intelligent X-ray flash technology
What actually makes our pulsed X-ray so unique? How did we manage to sustainably increase the lifetime? And what does HEUFT reflexx A.I. contribute to X-ray based foreign object detection using Deep Learning? We will be demonstrating this at interpack 2023 in Düsseldorf at a particular Enlightenment station.
We will be exhibiting the latest release of our pipeline inspector for the gentle and precise detection of foreign objects in still unpacked product mass physically in a space-saving wall mounting at the HEUFT stand. Further HEUFT eXaminer II systems for the pulsed X-ray inspection of already packed products can also be experienced there at interpack – on our cyber-physical stele with which the most varied devices can be demonstrated realistically virtually anywhere in the world. And anyone who wants to gain an even deeper insight into the X-ray flash technology that is exclusively available from us will find what they are looking for at a dedicated Enlightenment station:
Discover new X-ray components
Our upgraded generator for generating millisecond X-ray pulses can be examined there, as can the latest version of the X-ray tube, which we also developed ourselves – and you can see how the new components further increase detection, failure and operational reliability during radiometric product and packaging inspection at an unrivaled low level of radiation.
Compact new full-field image converters which create more coverage during pulsed X-ray inspection and simply generate clearer detection images also contribute to this! And the HEUFT reflexx A.I. image processing which makes sensible use of Deep Learning to de-noise the X-ray shots and remove artefacts so that even the smallest foreign objects, product incompleteness and packaging defects can be identified even more reliably during image processing.
