A full programme for HEUFT at the 2025 spring trade fairs!

Eleven exhibitions and conferences in just over two months: as the world's leading supplier of quality assurance and in-line inspection solutions within the filling and packaging process, HEUFT will show its presence at numerous events on four different continents from the beginning of February to the end of April 2025 alone – and intelligent innovations for full packaging, beverage, food and drug safety with high line efficiency.

It all starts with the ENOMAQ 2025 which is taking place in the Spanish city of Zaragoza from 11th to 13th February. The compact entry-level device HEUFT ONE will be exhibited there live for tasks such as the precise fill level check of full wine bottles. And of course, the HEUFT team will also be happy to provide you with information about other systems for the smart detection of faults and foreign objects such as glass splinters in full and empty containers.

The same applies to the Carrefour des fournisseurs de l'industrie agroalimentaire, i.e. the meeting place for suppliers to the food industry – CFIA for short – from 4 to 6 March in Rennes, France. The HEUFT ONE can also be experienced there live. Furthermore, the trade fair visitors will be provided with informative details about the HEUFT SPECTRUM II VX which amongst other things realises a comprehensive filler and closure management which goes far beyond the mere fill level and cap inspection. The AI-supported X-ray image processing for a new dimension of reliable foreign object detection in filled food packages with the slim HEUFT eXaminer II XS is an additional focus at the HEUFT stand.

From label inspection to glass particle detection

Everything that is possible with the HEUFT reflexx A.I. for intelligent label inspection during the filling process will be the highlight of the presentation at the CBST 2025 exhibition in Shanghai from 6 to 9 March. However, the HEUFT FinalView II LBL to be presented there not only achieves an unprecedented performance in terms of detection accuracy. The innovative label teach-in feature also makes commissioning of new brands and designs simpler and faster than ever. Furthermore, visitors to the show can get to know even more about the right equipment for fault-free and foreign body free filled beverages. The spectrum ranges from empty bottle inspection to full container check and challenging glass-in-glass detection at the end of the line.

The straightforward complete inspection of vials filled with lyophilised pharmaceutical products is on the agenda amongst other things at the Visual Inspection Forum organised by the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) in Raleigh, USA, on 10 - 11 March. Sebastian Mayer, HEUFT product manager for the pharmaceutical sector, will explain how glass particles can be detected in the lyo cake as well as critical and cosmetic defects in glass containers or leaking crimp caps.

From packaging integrity to drug safety

Visitors to two cross-industry packaging fairs will also gain insights into the HEUFT portfolio regarding the subject of packaging safety: The technology leader will be present at Propak Africa, which is taking place from 11 to 14 March in Johannesburg, and at Propak Vietnam 2025, which is taking place from 18 to 20 . March at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (CECC), where the topic, among other things, is glass-in-glass detection with pulsed X-ray technology for empty and full container inspection.

Food safety will once again be the focus at the HEUFT stand at the Djazagro food trade fair, which opens its doors in Algiers from 7 to 10 April. Among other things, the stand will demonstrate how to ensure food safety in the long term with unique pulsed X-ray technology and self-developed X-ray image processing AI for even more precise foreign body detection.

HEUFT will then present particular high-performance systems which have been developed to effectively contribute to ensuring full primary packaging and drug safety at PharmaTechnica, which is taking place at the same time as the PharmaCongress 2025 in Wiesbaden, on 8 and 9 April. The range at the HEUFT stand extends from vial and blow fill seal ampoules to the currently very much in demand pre-fillable syringe inspection with the HEUFT Syringer.

The same applies to the COPHEX 2025, the three-day Cosmetic Pharmaceutical Bio Process & Technology Exhibition, which starts on 23 April in the South Korean capital Seoul. And also, for the China International Pharmaceutical Machinery (CIPM) Expo from 23 to 25 April in Chongqing. The focus of both events is on the targeted in-line inspection of container closure integrity (CCI), which is particularly important in this sector, using modular HEUFT equipment.

From empty bottle inspection to full container check

The Craft Brewers Conference (CBC) & BrewExpo America 2025, where the right devices for entry-level in-line quality assurance at the HEUFT standard will be presented, will then mark the end of the spring trade fair season. For example, brewers and beverage bottlers can get to know more about the HEUFT InLine II IR there from 28 April to 1 May which realises a genuine all-surface empty bottle inspection in the smallest of spaces. And of course, about the HEUFT ONE, the optimum entry-level device for full container checks, as well.

You can find all our exhibition dates including the venues, hall and stand numbers in the HEUFT trade fair calendar, which is constantly updated as always. This also applies to all the shows in the summer and autumn such as above all the drinktec 2025 in Munich!
